iLumio is a new dimension of digital guest service, which is not limited to the hotel television service. The aim of the system is comprehensive customer management from the moment of the decision to book a hotel room, to the time of leaving the facility. Each stage – arrival at the hotel, sightseeing the facility, room service, service ordering, use of additional amenities, until check-out – has to be intuitive for the customer or give him a sense of environmental knowledge, in which he moves. A unique feature of iLumio is the adaptation to the user needs, in particular those which he does not realize. From the point of view of the user, the system “prompts” the entertainment available for him in the facility and outside. From the hotel perspective, it is an optimal and automated sales channel of services and communication with guests.

In Holiday Inn Warszawa Jozefow, the iLumio system will be installed in all hotel rooms, thus providing an integrated, high standard of guest services. The hotel is not the first to use the iLumio solution. So far, the system has been also implemented in the following hotels: Hilton Garden Inn, Puro, Best Western, as well as hotels in Arlamow, Mikolajki or Grand Lubicz.

Four-star Holiday Inn Warszawa Jozefow Hotel is located 4 km from Warsaw borders and about 30 minutes from Warsaw Chopin Airport. The facility has 148 rooms, 11 multifunctional rooms and a wide recreational offer for both individual guests and groups.
