CEO and main shareholder of Ailleron. An entrepreneur and investor in tech companies. Rafał co-founded Comarch (1994), which become one of Europe’s biggest IT companies, founded BillBird (2000), the first CEE fin-tech, and Ailleron (2014), a global banking tech provider.
The established companies today employ more than 6 thousand people, and achieve revenues of over $420m. He graduated from Cracow Technical University (MSc IT), Warsaw School of Economics (MBA), and GSB at Stanford University. He is married with four children.
Vice President and shareholder of Ailleron. Grzegorz has been closely connected with the information technology industry since the mid-nineties, and has gained experience in international companies (Motorola, CERN). Co-founder of Web-Soft and active investor in various projects based on innovative technologies.
Responsible for managing the company’s strategy, acquisitions and key business initiatives, as well as its growth in foreign markets. A graduate of AGH and the Executive Program in International Management at Stanford Graduate School of Business. A lecturer at Krakow universities.
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Ailleron. He began his career as a software developer, but since 2007 he began to work in management. He broadened his experience working as a project manager, business unit manager and head of Telecommunication division at Comarch. He also had an opportunity to cooperate with true giants in the industry, including Vodafone, Telefonica and Orange.
He graduated from AGH University of Science and Technology where he studied Electronics and Telecommunications, as well as Computer Science. Currently he is using his 15 years of experience in the industry to help Ailleron grow. He is responsible for the further growth of Fintech division.

Financial Director at Ailleron since September 2019. Starting his career in 2001, Tomasz acquired extensive experience in the structures of the Armatura Kraków SA capital group, serving as the Deputy Financial Director between 2010-2017 and in the years 2017-2019 as the CFO of the company and as an independent proxy also serving as a Member of the Management Board and a Member of the Supervisory Board in group companies. In this role Tomasz was responsible for the overall financial policy of the capital group, introduced Armatura Kraków SA to the Warsaw Stock Exchange and participated in successful M&A processes of several entities, including a capital group with foreign entities.
A graduate of the University of Economics in Kraków with a major in Enterprise Finance, Tomasz completed postgraduate studies in Management and Internal Control and Audit at the School of Entrepreneurship and Management at the University of Economics in Kraków. Along with completing postgraduate studies in Lean Management, Tomasz holds the title of Internal Auditor of the Polish Institute of Internal Control.

The main partner in the law firm Stoiński Świerczyński and IIF Group Legal Counsel. Since September 2007 he has been the secretary of the Board of IIF. An experienced legal advisor, he specializes in commercial law, public procurement law and labor law. Bartłomiej is also a member of Polish German Lawyers’ Association.

A member of the Executive Board of IIF SA and the director of the Institute of Nuclear Physics at PAN in Krakow. Ph.D. hab. in the field of nuclear physics. In 1988 he obtained the title of professor.
He attained professional experience at Institut National de Physique Nucleaire et Physique de Particules, the Institute of Nuclear Physics at PAN, the National Atomic Energy Agency, the GANIL research center, and the Experimental Committee of the VIVITRON accelerator at IReS.

President of the Management Board of Wawel S.A. for 20 years. An investor with many years of experience – has been investing in the capital market since its creation in Poland. Since December 2020, a significant shareholder of Ailleron SA.
A graduate of the University of Economics in Krakow. An expert in the field of finances – in his professional career he has held positions ranging from a finance specialist through a head of the finance department, deputy chief accountant to financial and general director. He also sits on the supervisory boards of other companies, incl. FFiL ŚNIEŻKA S.A. and Public Joint Stock Company “Łasoszci” with its seat in Ivano-Frankivsk (Ukraine).

He graduated from Montclair State University (NJ, USA), majoring in Finance, with a Bachelor of Science degree.
He started his professional career in 2000 at Salomon Smith Barney as a financial analyst in the area of investment banking. He was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where he led strategic projects, mainly in the financial segment. He held managerial positions in Pekao S.A./UniCredit, in PKO BP he was an advisor to the President of the Management Board, Managing Director of the Retail Client Division, and from 2018 he additionally served as Managing Director of the Strategy and Digital Transformation Division, where he was responsible, among others, for the Bank’s strategy, development of digital channels and mobile application (IKO), data analytics and CRM, development of innovation and cooperation with start-ups and implementation of a new model of agile work (Agile@Scale). From July 2022 he was the Vice President of the Management Board of InPost (Integer.pl), responsible for Digital and Strategy.
Honored for activity and achievements in the field of digitization of the public and business sphere, including: Ambassador of Electronic Economy (2018) and Digital Shaper (2019).

He is an independent adviser in the field of mergers and acquisitions and private equity / venture capital investments, as well as a stock market investor with over 25 years of experience.
In 2001, he worked at BRE Corporate Finance as a Senior Consultant, where he dealt with merger and acquisition projects, in particular in the energy and financial sectors. In 2002-2008, he worked in the Warsaw office of the consulting company McKinsey & Company as a Project Manager. As part of his advisory work, he participated in strategic projects and projects improving the operational activity of large telecommunications and industrial companies and banks in Poland, Central Europe and the Middle East. In 2008-2013 he worked in the private equity fund Penta Investments as the Investment Director.
He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology in the field of Management and Marketing (2001) and the Kellogg School of Management, where he obtained the MBA title (2006). He also completed the Chartered Financial Analyst examination program (2004).
General Manager LiveBank
General Manager LiveBank. Having over 10 years of experience in the field of development of information systems for the financial industry, Piotr joined Ailleron in 2011. He initially carried out projects for the biggest Polish banks.
Piotr is responsible for the strategy development and sales of the LiveBank product in the global market. The effects of his work are implementations in Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore, Malaysia, other regions of Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and the largest bank in the Gulf region – Emirates National Bank of Dubai. As Operations Director in the LiveBank department, he implemented virtual banking in mBank, BZ WBK and the German Commerzbank AG.
General Manager Challenger Bank
He began his career as an implementation specialist for Telco OSS systems. Since 2010 he was responsible for IT project for telecommunication and aviation industry. He gained experience in management as Project Manager, PMO Director and Head of Business Unit creating innovative systems for managing radio networks, including 4G and 5G. He also managed implementation project for global telecommunication leaders, such as Vodafone, Huawei, LG U+, Telefonica, Orange and EasyJet.
He graduated from Electronics and Communications at AGH University of Science and Technology. In 2020 he joined Ailleron group, where he is responsible for production and services provided by Challenger Bank.
General Manager LeaseTech
A General Manager with over 10 years of experience in the design of Front Office, CRM and self-care systems in the leasing industry. He performed functions from business analyst to project sponsor. He gained his experience in one of the largest leasing companies in Poland – successively in the area of Risk, Sales Support and Product Development.
For 3 years he has been dynamically developing a business line of IT solutions for the leasing industry, creating innovative products and implementing projects in agile methodologies. In Ailleron, responsible for the Product Unit LeaseTech.
General Manager Hospitality Division
General Manager of hospitality division. He gained his experience, among others, in Comarch. Since 2014 in Ailleron he actively supports the development of pioneer products in the hotel industry.
He created advanced, mobile applications and developed custom OS based on Android platform. Over the years he developed skills in software and hardware. He took part in implementation of the products for the most famous brands such as Atlantis the Palm Dubai, LUX * Resorts & Hotels, Valamar. Working in in the mobile industry, he is able to perfectly combine his knowledge to create innovative products. Decision maker in one of the biggest mobile development team, responsible for the development of iLumio and its sales strategy in Poland and abroad.
General Manager UX Lab
In Ailleron since December 2015. Patrycja is responsible for running the UX Lab, which supports the implementation of UX / UI projects mainly for clients from the financial, technology and hotel industries. As a certified moderator of Design Sprint workshops, she is an enthusiast of Design Thinking and Customer Experience.
Patrycja has over 12 years of experience in the IT industry, in particular in providing solutions for financial institutions and banks around the world. She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of management, specializing in project management, as well as postgraduate studies in Knowledge management with usage of modern technology and IT systems (also at the Warsaw School of Economics).
Head of Marketing
At Ailleron since October 2021. His responsibilities include, among others, creating and implementing marketing strategy and managing the marketing department. He gained over 15 years of marketing experience mainly in the financial industry. He was a director of the marketing department at Getin Noble Bank (2017-2021) and a manager at the Prudential insurance company (2013-2017) and Alior Bank (2008-2013), where he participated in creation and launch of the bank.
He completed MA studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in the fields of Management and Marketing and International Economic Relations, as well as Postgraduate Studies for Management Leaders (also at WSE). He received the international Professional Diploma in Marketing awarded by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). He also studied psychology at the University of Warsaw and obtained the Mensa membership.
