Financial Director at Ailleron since September 2019. Starting his career in 2001, Tomasz acquired extensive experience in the structures of the Armatura Kraków SA capital group, serving as the Deputy Financial Director between 2010-2017 and in the years 2017-2019 as the CFO of the company and as an independent proxy also serving as a Member of the Management Board and a Member of the Supervisory Board in group companies. In this role Tomasz was responsible for the overall financial policy of the capital group, introduced Armatura Kraków SA to the Warsaw Stock Exchange and participated in successful M&A processes of several entities.

A graduate of the University of Economics in Kraków with a major in Enterprise Finance, Tomasz completed postgraduate studies in Management and Internal Control and Audit at the School of Entrepreneurship and Management at the University of Economics in Kraków. Along with completing postgraduate studies in Lean Management, Tomasz holds the title of Internal Auditor of the Polish Institute of Internal Control.

Head of Products at Ailleron, an experienced expert with over 10 years of practice in designing front-office, CRM, and self-care systems for the leasing industry. He has held roles ranging from business analyst to project sponsor. He gained his experience at one of the largest leasing companies in Poland, working successively in the areas of risk, sales support, and product development. At Ailleron, in the role of General Manager, he was responsible for developing the IT solutions business line for the leasing sector, creating modern products and delivering projects using agile methodologies.

Norbert Biedrzycki began his professional career in 1995 at Oracle Corporation, where until 2002 he served as Director of Consulting Services for Central and Eastern Europe, responsible for consulting and implementing enterprise-class systems.

From 2003 to 2010, he worked in the Warsaw and London offices of McKinsey & Company. As an Associate Principal, he advised management and supervisory boards of companies in the financial, public, energy, and retail sectors on strategy, digital transformation, and operating models.

From 2010 to 2012, he served as President of the Management Board of Sygnity S.A., an IT company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Within 24 months, he completed a comprehensive restructuring of the group, delivering revenue growth, an improvement in EBITDA and an increase in the company’s share price, while consolidating its subsidiaries.

From 2012 to 2016, he served as President of the Management Board of ABC Data S.A., an IT distributor operating in Central and Eastern Europe and listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. During his tenure, the group’s revenue increased from EUR 780 million to EUR 1.4 billion, its operations expanded to 11 countries, and the company’s market capitalization increased by 120%. The company was subsequently acquired by ALSO Group, listed on the SIX exchange in Zurich. From 2016 to 2017, as CEO of Atos Poland, he managed one of the largest IT services organizations in Poland, employing 4,500 people, and achieved an 11-percentage-point improvement in EBITDA.

From 2017 to 2019, he served as Vice President at McKinsey Digital for Central and Eastern Europe, leading major technology transformation programs, including projects for listed companies and private equity funds.

From 2019 to 2025, he worked at Microsoft, initially as Head of Services for Central and Eastern Europe, covering 33 countries and holding full responsibility for the P&L. From 2020, he served as Head of Customer Success & Innovation for a region comprising 19 countries across Southern Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.

Since 2025, he has worked as an independent advisor and Operating Partner to private equity and venture capital funds, supporting technology portfolio companies in value creation, the transformation of operating models through artificial intelligence, and preparations for investment exits, including IPOs and M&A transactions.

Norbert Biedrzycki also has extensive experience serving on the supervisory bodies of companies. From 2015 to 2022, he was a Member of the Supervisory Board of CI Games S.A., a technology company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. From 2012 to 2016, he served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Morele.net sp. z o.o., an e-commerce platform, and from 2014 to 2017 as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Exorigo-Upos S.A., a provider of technology solutions for the retail and B2B sectors.

Axel Styczeń – engineer, CAD system designer. A graduate of, among others, the British International School of Cracow in Krakow, Palo Alto High School in Palo Alto, California, and the University of California, Davis, California, where he completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering between 2020 and 2024. From 2024 to 2025, he worked as a design engineer at EDAG, an expert in vehicle development and smart solutions for industry. Since September 2025, he has been associated with the EC Engineering design office, a company specializing in the vehicle industry, in particular in the railway, aviation, and automotive sectors. He is also involved in stock market investments. According to his statement, Axel Styczeń is the son of Rafał Styczeń.

Axel Styczeń is also employed by EC Engineering sp. z o.o. as a designer. The activities of EC Engineering sp. z o.o. do not constitute competition for the Ailleron S.A. Group due to the different industries in which EC Engineering sp. z o.o. and the Ailleron S.A. Group operate. A. Axel Styczeń does not participate in any competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership or capital company, nor does he hold any position in a competitive legal entity.

Axel Styczeń is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act of August 20, 1997, on the National Court Register.

Capital market expert with 30 years of experience in investment management and corporate governance, effectively supporting the growth of companies and institutions through a strategic approach and in-depth financial analysis. Member of the Association of Independent Supervisory Board Members. Currently serving as an independent member of supervisory boards and audit committees of listed companies: PKP Cargo, Polski Holding Nieruchomości, PolTreg, Medicalgorithmics, and EMC Instytut Medyczny.
Previously served on the supervisory boards and audit committees of companies including: Polwax, Tower Investments, Alumetal, Arteria, Voxel, Develia, Robyg, Enter Air, Braster, Travelplanet.pl, Elektrobudowa, Armatura Kraków, and ARM Property.

Main shareholder of Ailleron. An entrepreneur and investor in tech companies. Rafał co-founded Comarch (1994), which become one of Europe’s biggest IT companies, founded BillBird (2000), the first CEE fin-tech, and Ailleron (2014), a global banking tech provider.

The established companies today employ more than 6 thousand people, and achieve revenues of over $420m. He graduated from Cracow Technical University (MSc IT), Warsaw School of Economics (MBA), and GSB at Stanford University. He is married with four children.

President of the Management Board of Wawel S.A. for 20 years. An investor with many years of experience – has been investing in the capital market since its creation in Poland. Since December 2020, a significant shareholder of Ailleron SA.

A graduate of the University of Economics in Krakow. An expert in the field of finances – in his professional career he has held positions ranging from a finance specialist through a head of the finance department, deputy chief accountant to financial and general director. He also sits on the supervisory boards of other companies, incl. FFiL ŚNIEŻKA S.A. and Public Joint Stock Company “Łasoszci” with its seat in Ivano-Frankivsk (Ukraine).

Manager with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, being a software engineer, system architect, project manager, and director of professional services in Comarch overseeing implementation project of BSS platform all over the world. He also gained experience working as an external consultant for the biggest telco companies like Orange or Polkomtel. Working for ABB, he built and delivered the video conferencing and communication strategy for all ABB divisions.

Ireneusz graduated from Mathematics and Computer Science at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń . In 2018 he joined Ailleron Group, where he is responsible for all operations and business development of the LiveBank On premise business unit.

In Ailleron since December 2015. Patrycja is responsible for running the UX Lab, which supports the implementation of UX / UI projects mainly for clients from the financial, technology and hotel industries. As a certified moderator of Design Sprint workshops, she is an enthusiast of Design Thinking and Customer Experience.

Patrycja has over 12 years of experience in the IT industry, in particular in providing solutions for financial institutions and banks around the world. She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of management, specializing in project management, as well as postgraduate studies in Knowledge management with usage of modern technology and IT systems (also at the Warsaw School of Economics).

Magdalena Jaworska is an experienced Operations Manager who successfully oversees a portfolio of projects delivered to clients in the leasing industry. She leads a team of several dozen experts based in Kraków, Rzeszów, and across remote locations, ensuring their continuous development and effective collaboration. She is responsible for building and strengthening long-term client relationships, supervising project delivery, and actively participating in all steering committees.

Magdalena negotiates contracts with key clients, supports the execution of the company’s strategic objectives, and co-creates and manages the department’s annual budget. She drives growth in her unit by recruiting Project Managers, fostering team development, and improving essential operational processes. She is also actively involved in sales, contributing to pre-sales activities and client meetings.

An experienced sales leader responsible for building strategy and driving sales growth at Ailleron across key financial markets. Since 2022, he has been Head of the Sales Department, developing products that meet the expectations of the banking sector and supporting companies throughout their digital transformation journeys. He focuses on building strong partnerships, effective communication, and delivering solutions that create tangible business value for clients.

He gained his professional experience at, among others, ATENA S.A. and Comarch S.A., where he led sales teams, designed growth strategies, and worked closely with leading financial institutions in Poland and across the CEE region. He specializes in sales and commercialization of advanced IT solutions for banks, insurance companies, and investment fund management firms.

Marcin holds an academic background in economics, finance, insurance, and management, complemented by an Executive MBA from IAE Aix-en-Provence Graduate School of Management. By combining strategic insight with operational experience, he effectively translates strategy into action, helping strengthen Ailleron’s competitive advantage in a dynamic market environment.
