Norbert Biedrzycki began his professional career in 1995 at Oracle Corporation, where until 2002 he served as Director of Consulting Services for Central and Eastern Europe, responsible for consulting and implementing enterprise-class systems.
From 2003 to 2010, he worked in the Warsaw and London offices of McKinsey & Company. As an Associate Principal, he advised management and supervisory boards of companies in the financial, public, energy, and retail sectors on strategy, digital transformation, and operating models.
From 2010 to 2012, he served as President of the Management Board of Sygnity S.A., an IT company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Within 24 months, he completed a comprehensive restructuring of the group, delivering revenue growth, an improvement in EBITDA and an increase in the company’s share price, while consolidating its subsidiaries.
From 2012 to 2016, he served as President of the Management Board of ABC Data S.A., an IT distributor operating in Central and Eastern Europe and listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. During his tenure, the group’s revenue increased from EUR 780 million to EUR 1.4 billion, its operations expanded to 11 countries, and the company’s market capitalization increased by 120%. The company was subsequently acquired by ALSO Group, listed on the SIX exchange in Zurich. From 2016 to 2017, as CEO of Atos Poland, he managed one of the largest IT services organizations in Poland, employing 4,500 people, and achieved an 11-percentage-point improvement in EBITDA.
From 2017 to 2019, he served as Vice President at McKinsey Digital for Central and Eastern Europe, leading major technology transformation programs, including projects for listed companies and private equity funds.
From 2019 to 2025, he worked at Microsoft, initially as Head of Services for Central and Eastern Europe, covering 33 countries and holding full responsibility for the P&L. From 2020, he served as Head of Customer Success & Innovation for a region comprising 19 countries across Southern Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.
Since 2025, he has worked as an independent advisor and Operating Partner to private equity and venture capital funds, supporting technology portfolio companies in value creation, the transformation of operating models through artificial intelligence, and preparations for investment exits, including IPOs and M&A transactions.
Norbert Biedrzycki also has extensive experience serving on the supervisory bodies of companies. From 2015 to 2022, he was a Member of the Supervisory Board of CI Games S.A., a technology company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. From 2012 to 2016, he served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Morele.net sp. z o.o., an e-commerce platform, and from 2014 to 2017 as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Exorigo-Upos S.A., a provider of technology solutions for the retail and B2B sectors.
