Through EMPATHY and COMMITMENT, we support local communities better and more effectively.
We build local communities through volunteer programs and support for charitable organizations (e.g., the Hakersi project, promoting and participating in fundraisers, or supporting animal shelters) and by fostering and promoting diversity in the workplace.
Our latest activity, Program #WomanPower, values women who are advancing their careers in the IT industry. Our corporate principles encompass business ethics, transparency, and the minimization of undesirable practices, which help us operate in accordance with the highest ESG standards.
To support our employees and ensure compliance with the whistleblowing procedure, we have established an external and internal procedure for reporting and monitoring legal violations. It was published on September 25, 2024, on our contact page.

Ailleron as a superhero - hakersi
Ailleron is partnering with the Sarigato Foundation on the Hakersi project, supporting its participants as they enter the job market. As part of the scholarship program, classes are offered in technology, English, and other academic subjects. A key component of the program is a series of inspiring workshops led by our #AilleronExperts, which equip young people with practical knowledge and guidance on choosing their dream job and navigating the hiring process. We believe in supporting the Hakersi so they can enter the job market just like their favorite superhero.
Environment and Health in One
At Ailleron, the natural environment is very important to us, and we feel a strong need to take action in all conditions. We also have many enthusiasts among us who love to go on excursions while showing full respect for and admiration of nature. A group of employees therefore took part in the 2024 edition of the “Clean Tatras” campaign, organized by the Clean Poland Association, and together with other volunteers, they cleaned up their beloved mountain trails.
