Transaction Notifications

  • Effective July 3, 2016, in accordance with the MAR Regulation, members of the Management Board and Supervisory Board of Ailleron SA, as well as persons closely associated with them, are required to notify Ailleron SA and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority of any transactions in Ailleron SA financial instruments conducted on their own account.
  • On December 23, 2019, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (UKNF) launched an IT system through which, effective January 1, 2020, persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them are required to submit notifications to the UKNF, pursuant to Article 19 of the MAR Regulation, regarding transactions they have carried out.
  • An electronic form that allows you to submit notifications via a web browser at https://19mar.knf.gov.pl.
  • The "User Guide for Form 19.MAR" is available at the following address: User Guide for Form
  • In the event of an ICT system failure or any other circumstances that prevent the submission of a notification via the ICT system, such a notification may be sent to the email address designated for this purpose by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF): awaryjny.19mar@knf.gov.pl
  • Please note that immediately after the ICT system failure has been resolved or the circumstances preventing the submission of notifications have ceased, the notification should be resubmitted via the ICT system available at https://19mar.knf.gov.pl.
  • A scan of the transaction notifications should also be sent to Ailleron SA at the following address: inwestorzy@ailleron.com
