On 4th December, the company received a signed long-term framework agreement with Orange mobile network operator for the sales of products and services for the MRF Server platform.
The value of orders connected with the above-mentioned agreement may exceed 10 % of the issuer’s own capital during every year of its term.
Thanks to the latest generation platform provided by us, Orange may develop new multimedia services faster and with higher cost efficiency. The great cooperation with our client in the area of mobile infrastructure in 2011 and 2012 resulted in the new agreement, based on which we will expand the provided platform with new services. The first stage of implementation will be finished still in the current year, and taking into consideration the flexibility and functionalities of the platform, the perspective of cooperation for 2013 is optimistic. Thanks to the acquired competences and experiences, we will be able to expand our offer for the entire telecommunications market, says Kamil Nagrodzki, Vice President of the Board, Technical Director of Wind Mobile S.A.
