On 13th September 2012, Wind Mobile S.A. concluded a long-term agreement with one of the mobile network operators for complex cooperation in the field of ringback tones service management.
The cooperation will be based on the revenue sharing model, under which Wind Mobile will be responsible for the delivery, maintenance and development of technology, as well as for the services related to the marketing and sales of products to the operator’s end customers. The agreement shall be valid until 31st December 2017.
So far, our cooperation with the operator has been successful both in its technical and business aspects. Thanks to the experience we have gained, we have extended our existing form of cooperation and entered into a long-term partnership. Thanks to the five-year perspective of close cooperation, we are able to become even more involved in significantly profitable projects for our partner, which automatically translates to an increase of Wind Mobile profits. According to the research performed by the Boston Constulting Group, in the upcoming years operators will gradually take decisions to outsource certain tasks, which are currently carried out internally within their own organizations, to specialized partners. Our complex offer reflects this trend well, and we also have rich experience and possibilities in the field of value-added services.
