Software Mind, offering modern IT technologies, on 1 September 2014 signed a contract to implement the iLumio solution at the Kraków Airport hotel, a part of the Hilton chain – the value of undertaking is close to half a million zlotys.
This new cooperation with one of the biggest hotel chains in the world, i.e. Hilton, is a great opportunity for us to develop and implement our solution at other hotels of the chain. At present we are holding talks with many customers and soon we will be able to talk about new implementations. Still in September we will present the latest functionalities of iLumio on the fair in Dubai promoting this product on that market at the same time – says Łukasz Nowak, Head of the iLumio Department.
iLumio is a modern system for interactive hotel guest service ensuring constant access to multimedia entrainment for the guests in the form of HD TV, Internet, games and applications or VOD. The system makes it possible to use the hotel services in a comfortable and intuitive way and the mobile application offers additional, previously unseen possibilities. On the hotel side, the system makes it easier to organise the work and makes individual approach to guests possible, significantly influencing the efficiency and comfort of stay.
The Airport Balice Hotel is nearly finished and it will open in the next months, the implementation of the modern iLumio solution corresponds with the high service standard offered to guests. In approx. 200 hotel rooms a device will be installed which through complicated but effective middleware architecture will enable the hotel to offer modern services. The implementation is to end still in September.
