Ailleron assumes that 2024 will be a better year than last year and that it will be able to complete the acquisitions the company is currently working on and strengthen its position in the US market. By the end of the year, we plan to have more than 200 specialists in data science and machine learning. Ailleron wants to not only hire AI specialists but also train them extensively.
We hope that 2024 will be a better year. In the US, the IT industry in Q3 of last year was already in the employment balance area. Companies are slowly considering new investments and related recruitment, especially in AI. We see the current year very positively and hope to realize the acquisitions we are working on. Our aim is to accomplish our strategic goals and bolster our position in the US market.
Rafał Styczeń also pointed out that Ailleron has high hopes for LiveBank (one of the flagship products in the FinTech segment), where the company has invested heavily in previous years, and the latest contracts signed in the leasing industry show that the investments made primarily in the cloud solution will start to pay off.
LiveBank is now a flagship product for us. We now fit in with the trends in the banking industry, where banks are reducing the number of branches and cutting costs while at the same time wanting to be close to the customer. LiveBank is precisely the solution that enables contact between the customer and the bank, with a decreasing number of branches.
Additionally, Ailleron is exploring new segments and using artificial intelligence.
Artificial intelligence will cause a change in certain paradigms in many industries, and this is an opportunity to change market leaders. Our position in potentially entering new industries is stronger than before, as it is increasingly based on technology. The outlook in the IT industry for 2024 is very good.
