LiveBank at the Banking Innovation Forum conference in Vienna

The annual Banking Innovation Forum conference took place last week in Vienna. Almost 150 participants, representing the banking and financial sector from Central and East-Central Europe, among them representatives of dozens of banks from Austria, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary and other countries arrived to take part in the event.

The aim of the event was to present new technologies and innovations, which were created with the changing requirements and needs of the customers, as well as improvement of the standard of service in mind. LiveBank was presented during the conference as an innovative solution, supporting operations of the bank via electronic channels. During his presentation, Tomasz Maciantowicz, Global Sales Channel and Marketing Director explained the difference between traditional video chats or video conference systems and the new solution developed by Software Mind. The audience also had a chance to listen to how LiveBank inscribes itself into the bank’s processes and helps to define new operations. At the end of the 30-minute presentation a live connection with BZ WBK bank was established in order to show the audience a functioning solution – on-line advisor.
