Software Mind has signed a strategic partnership agreement with American company NAMU Systems. The contract is an important part of the development strategy currently being implemented by the Group aimed at the sale of their proprietary products, particularly through their commercialization in foreign  markets.

According to the agreement, LiveBank – the virtual banking customer service platform with the greatest global reach – will form one of the pillars of mobile solutions offered by NAMU Systems to global retail banking institutions. NAMU provides IT systems under their own name to banks and other financial entities, including issuers of debit cards. In the current form, the product consists of a platform (server/cloud) and a mobile application. While using the NAMU application, bank clients and debit card users can manage their accounts in a simple and user-friendly way, compliant with the newest standards known from social media and web browsers. Thanks to the LiveBank platform, they can also take part in a direct video consultation with a bank advisor.

One of the first joint projects of LiveBank and NAMU Systems will be a presentation of the demo NAMU product during this year’s edition of the Citi Mobile Challenge, organized by Citibank. NAMU is among the finalists of the competition. The presentation of NAMU during the Citi Mobile Challenge EMEA will take place on April 28 in Warsaw.
