NAMU Systems received the Best of Show award for their mobile platform “Joyful Banking” during the FinovateSpring 2015 conference. LiveBank is an integral part of the NAMU system.
NAMU is a revolutionary solution for retail banks and payment card users. The system uses the intelligent model of client behaviors and ensures attractive visual and digital experiences, at the same time creating new standards in mobile banking. A key element of the NAMU application is LiveBank, which is one of the most innovative solutions implementing virtual bank branches all around the world. Thanks to LiveBank, clients have the opportunity to visit their bank virtually and perform the same operations as in a physical bank branch.
The Best of Show awards are given to the most prestigious technological solutions in the finance industry, voted on by the FinovateSpring audience. The assessment was influenced by the quality criterion of the presentation, innovation and its potential influence on the global finance industry. Seven companies – out of 72 presented during the event – that received the most votes were awarded the Best of Show title. NAMU with the Jouyful Banking App found themselves in this unique group. For LiveBank, this is participation in another distinction at Finovate, which in 2013 acknowledged Expert Online and the fast loan process within the framework of solutions for mBank.
FinovateSpring is an event traditionally attended by leaders in the global technological industry for the financial sector. The awarding of the coveted title “Best of Show” concludes a successful phase in the creation of the company. NAMU Systems presented its innovative solutions for the first time at last year’s Money 20/20 Launchpad 360, delighting the global banking environment. Currently, NAMU is in advanced negotiations with three global and regional scale banks.
Exactly a year ago, I attended Finovate as a spectator. On my way home, I decided to quit my job at Citibank and establish our start-up. The decision to start a business and create our solution was worth the effort. The appreciation of the leaders of the financial industry is the best reward for our work. LiveBank is a virtual bank branch available in browsers and on mobile devices. It allows for remote bank customer service, including carrying out transactions during video, audio or chat connections. In order to best support the service process, the service enables screen sharing, adding a third person to a video call, sending files, encrypted connections, interactive calculators and much more. The Software Mind product has been implemented by the largest banks in Poland. Projects are also under way in other European countries.
