Ailleron SA is nominated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange to the prestigious European Small and Mid-Cap Awards 2017 organized by the Federation of European Securities Exchanges and European Issuers in cooperation with the European Commission.
The aim of the competition is to promote the best and most dynamic European companies using the capital market as a source of capital to finance their growth.
Ailleron was selected from among companies that meet the requirements of the above competition and have conducted IPO in the last 2 years.
The company is a nominee in the “Rising Star” category, along with some of the most innovative and prospective companies listed on European stock exchanges.
Concentrating on the most profitable and commonly sold solutions, the progressive specialization and product development of products brings the company tangible financial results and recognition on international markets.
Ailleron closed 2016 with 89 million PLN in revenue, generating an EBITDA of 14.7 million PLN (profitability of 16.5%) and a net profit of 7.6 million PLN, up 16% from 2015. A significant increase in exports is yet another reason for such good results.
The winners will be selected by an independent jury selected by the European Commission, consisting of representatives of the capital market, business and media. The results will be announced on 22 November at the gala in Brussels.
