Main shareholder of Ailleron. An entrepreneur and investor in tech companies. Rafał co-founded Comarch (1994), which become one of Europe’s biggest IT companies, founded BillBird (2000), the first CEE fin-tech, and Ailleron (2014), a global banking tech provider.

The established companies today employ more than 6 thousand people, and achieve revenues of over $420m. He graduated from Cracow Technical University (MSc IT), Warsaw School of Economics (MBA), and GSB at Stanford University. He is married with four children.

Capital market expert with 30 years of experience in investment management and corporate governance, effectively supporting the growth of companies and institutions through a strategic approach and in-depth financial analysis. Member of the Association of Independent Supervisory Board Members. Currently serving as an independent member of supervisory boards and audit committees of listed companies: PKP Cargo, Polski Holding Nieruchomości, PolTreg, Medicalgorithmics, and EMC Instytut Medyczny.

Axel Styczeń – engineer, CAD system designer. A graduate of, among others, the British International School of Cracow in Krakow, Palo Alto High School in Palo Alto, California, and the University of California, Davis, California, where he completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering between 2020 and 2024. From 2024 to 2025, he worked as a design engineer at EDAG, an expert in vehicle development and smart solutions for industry. Since September 2025, he has been associated with the EC Engineering design office, a company specializing in the vehicle industry, in particular in the railway, aviation, and automotive sectors. He is also involved in stock market investments. According to his statement, Axel Styczeń is the son of Rafał Styczeń.

Axel Styczeń is also employed by EC Engineering sp. z o.o. as a designer. The activities of EC Engineering sp. z o.o. do not constitute competition for the Ailleron S.A. Group due to the different industries in which EC Engineering sp. z o.o. and the Ailleron S.A. Group operate. A. Axel Styczeń does not participate in any competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership or capital company, nor does he hold any position in a competitive legal entity.

Axel Styczeń is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act of August 20, 1997, on the National Court Register.

President of the Management Board of Wawel S.A. for 20 years. An investor with many years of experience – has been investing in the capital market since its creation in Poland. Since December 2020, a significant shareholder of Ailleron SA.

A graduate of the University of Economics in Krakow. An expert in the field of finances – in his professional career he has held positions ranging from a finance specialist through a head of the finance department, deputy chief accountant to financial and general director. He also sits on the supervisory boards of other companies, incl. FFiL ŚNIEŻKA S.A. and Public Joint Stock Company “Łasoszci” with its seat in Ivano-Frankivsk (Ukraine).

He graduated from Montclair State University (NJ, USA), majoring in Finance, with a Bachelor of Science degree.

He started his professional career in 2000 at Salomon Smith Barney as a financial analyst in the area of ​​investment banking. He was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where he led strategic projects, mainly in the financial segment. He held managerial positions in Pekao S.A./UniCredit, in PKO BP he was an advisor to the President of the Management Board, Managing Director of the Retail Client Division, and from 2018 he additionally served as Managing Director of the Strategy and Digital Transformation Division, where he was responsible, among others, for the Bank’s strategy, development of digital channels and mobile application (IKO), data analytics and CRM, development of innovation and cooperation with start-ups and implementation of a new model of agile work (Agile@Scale). From July 2022 he was the Vice President of the Management Board of InPost (Integer.pl), responsible for Digital and Strategy.

Honored for activity and achievements in the field of digitization of the public and business sphere, including: Ambassador of Electronic Economy (2018) and Digital Shaper (2019).

Magdalena Jaworska is an experienced Operations Manager who successfully oversees a portfolio of projects delivered to clients in the leasing industry. She leads a team of several dozen experts based in Kraków, Rzeszów, and across remote locations, ensuring their continuous development and effective collaboration. She is responsible for building and strengthening long-term client relationships, supervising project delivery, and actively participating in all steering committees.

Magdalena negotiates contracts with key clients, supports the execution of the company’s strategic objectives, and co-creates and manages the department’s annual budget. She drives growth in her unit by recruiting Project Managers, fostering team development, and improving essential operational processes. She is also actively involved in sales, contributing to pre-sales activities and client meetings.

Manager with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, being a software engineer, system architect, project manager, and director of professional services in Comarch overseeing implementation project of BSS platform all over the world. He also gained experience working as an external consultant for the biggest telco companies like Orange or Polkomtel. Working for ABB, he built and delivered the video conferencing and communication strategy for all ABB divisions.

Ireneusz graduated from Mathematics and Computer Science at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń . In 2018 he joined Ailleron Group, where he is responsible for all operations and business development of the LiveBank On premise business unit.

Manager with over 20 years of experience managing IT teams. Has extensive knowledge and track record in digital transformation, web and mobile application development, and delivering innovative solutions that help organizations achieve business goals. Agile methodologies and cloud solutions enthusiast.

In Ailleron since December 2015. Patrycja is responsible for running the UX Lab, which supports the implementation of UX / UI projects mainly for clients from the financial, technology and hotel industries. As a certified moderator of Design Sprint workshops, she is an enthusiast of Design Thinking and Customer Experience.

Patrycja has over 12 years of experience in the IT industry, in particular in providing solutions for financial institutions and banks around the world. She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of management, specializing in project management, as well as postgraduate studies in Knowledge management with usage of modern technology and IT systems (also at the Warsaw School of Economics).
