Rafał Styczeń – President of the Management Board of the company, together with a group of experienced salespeople, will develop Fintech and Enterprise Services in the United States.
Ailleron already serves American customers through the widespread implementation of LiveBank in Citibank to 16 countries of APAC and EMEA. In response to its phenomenal success and the growing interest and demand to cooperate in supplying FinTech products to well-known financial institutions on the American market, the company decided to expand further in this region.
The central strategy of the adopted development plan is the temporary relocation to the United States of CEO Rafał Styczeń, along with a team of specialists. His direct involvement is justified due to the reputation of his American customers, the global scale of the endeavour and necessity for Ailleron’s continuous development on international markets.
In order to implement and facilitate this enterprise, in 2018 the organizational structure of the Ailleron Group was expanded to include two American companies – Ailleron Global Inc. and Software Mind Inc.
Regardless of his involvement in the development of the company’s operations on the American market, Rafał Styczeń’s role as the CEO of Ailleron SA will continue uninterrupted.
