Main shareholder of Ailleron. An entrepreneur and investor in tech companies. Rafał co-founded Comarch (1994), which become one of Europe’s biggest IT companies, founded BillBird (2000), the first CEE fin-tech, and Ailleron (2014), a global banking tech provider.

The established companies today employ more than 6 thousand people, and achieve revenues of over $420m. He graduated from Cracow Technical University (MSc IT), Warsaw School of Economics (MBA), and GSB at Stanford University. He is married with four children.

Capital market expert with 30 years of experience in investment management and corporate governance, effectively supporting the growth of companies and institutions through a strategic approach and in-depth financial analysis. Member of the Association of Independent Supervisory Board Members. Currently serving as an independent member of supervisory boards and audit committees of listed companies: PKP Cargo, Polski Holding Nieruchomości, PolTreg, Medicalgorithmics, and EMC Instytut Medyczny.
Previously served on the supervisory boards and audit committees of companies including: Polwax, Tower Investments, Alumetal, Arteria, Voxel, Develia, Robyg, Enter Air, Braster, Travelplanet.pl, Elektrobudowa, Armatura Kraków, and ARM Property.
Active in the financial market since 1995. From 2012 to 2016, served as Investment Director managing the Long-Term Equity Portfolio at PZU Group, responsible for the largest equity investment projects and coordination of investments in this asset class across the entire PZU Group.

Head of the branch of the Institute of Nuclear Physics at the Polish Academy of Sciences in Kraków. Ph.D. hab. in the field of nuclear physics. In 1988 he obtained the title of professor.

He attained professional experience at Institut National de Physique Nucleaire et Physique de Particules, the Institute of Nuclear Physics at PAN, the National Atomic Energy Agency, the GANIL research center, and the Experimental Committee of the VIVITRON accelerator at IReS.

President of the Management Board of Wawel S.A. for 20 years. An investor with many years of experience – has been investing in the capital market since its creation in Poland. Since December 2020, a significant shareholder of Ailleron SA.

A graduate of the University of Economics in Krakow. An expert in the field of finances – in his professional career he has held positions ranging from a finance specialist through a head of the finance department, deputy chief accountant to financial and general director. He also sits on the supervisory boards of other companies, incl. FFiL ŚNIEŻKA S.A. and Public Joint Stock Company “Łasoszci” with its seat in Ivano-Frankivsk (Ukraine).

He graduated from Montclair State University (NJ, USA), majoring in Finance, with a Bachelor of Science degree.

He started his professional career in 2000 at Salomon Smith Barney as a financial analyst in the area of ​​investment banking. He was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where he led strategic projects, mainly in the financial segment. He held managerial positions in Pekao S.A./UniCredit, in PKO BP he was an advisor to the President of the Management Board, Managing Director of the Retail Client Division, and from 2018 he additionally served as Managing Director of the Strategy and Digital Transformation Division, where he was responsible, among others, for the Bank’s strategy, development of digital channels and mobile application (IKO), data analytics and CRM, development of innovation and cooperation with start-ups and implementation of a new model of agile work (Agile@Scale). From July 2022 he was the Vice President of the Management Board of InPost (Integer.pl), responsible for Digital and Strategy.

Honored for activity and achievements in the field of digitization of the public and business sphere, including: Ambassador of Electronic Economy (2018) and Digital Shaper (2019).

Wojciech is an expert with over 30 years of experience in designing sales and procurement processes, outsourcing, service development, digital transformation, and offering leasing services. He combines extensive knowledge of procurement in international organizations with strong expertise in foreign trade, B2B sales, and marketing.

He delivers measurable impact by accelerating revenue growth, optimizing costs, fostering innovation, strengthening team capabilities, and securing favorable outcomes in both local and global negotiations. Recognized as a leader of change, mentor, and speaker, he actively contributes to industry think tanks and knowledge-sharing platforms.

He also actively engages with professional procurement communities and merchant networks. Goal-oriented by nature, he approaches every challenge as an opportunity to achieve objectives with outstanding results.

Manager with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, being a software engineer, system architect, project manager, and director of professional services in Comarch overseeing implementation project of BSS platform all over the world. He also gained experience working as an external consultant for the biggest telco companies like Orange or Polkomtel. Working for ABB, he built and delivered the video conferencing and communication strategy for all ABB divisions.

Ireneusz graduated from Mathematics and Computer Science at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń . In 2018 he joined Ailleron Group, where he is responsible for all operations and business development of the LiveBank On premise business unit.

A General Manager with over 10 years of experience in the design of Front Office, CRM and self-care systems in the leasing industry. He performed functions from business analyst to project sponsor. He gained his experience in one of the largest leasing companies in Poland – successively in the areas of ​​Risk, Sales Support and Product Development.

For 3 years he has been dynamically developing a business line of IT solutions for the leasing industry, creating innovative products and implementing projects in agile methodologies. In Ailleron, Kamil is manageing the LeaseTech Business Unit.

For 20 years, he has been supporting financial sector clients in digitizing and automating business processes.
He specializes in applying technologies from AI/ML and Data to build customer monetization.

Manager with over 20 years of experience managing IT teams. Has extensive knowledge and track record in digital transformation, web and mobile application development, and delivering innovative solutions that help organizations achieve business goals. Agile methodologies and cloud solutions enthusiast.

Manager with 10 years of experience in leading projects and teams in the technology sector. He focuses on people’s development, believing that combining this approach with achieving business goals enables the creation and effective delivery of outstanding solutions. His work style is based on trust, open communication, and the ability to calmly guide even the most demanding projects. He is committed to long-term value for clients, building relationships founded on partnership and shared objectives.

Since 2021, he has been responsible for developing corporate banking projects at Ailleron.

In Ailleron since December 2015. Patrycja is responsible for running the UX Lab, which supports the implementation of UX / UI projects mainly for clients from the financial, technology and hotel industries. As a certified moderator of Design Sprint workshops, she is an enthusiast of Design Thinking and Customer Experience.

Patrycja has over 12 years of experience in the IT industry, in particular in providing solutions for financial institutions and banks around the world. She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of management, specializing in project management, as well as postgraduate studies in Knowledge management with usage of modern technology and IT systems (also at the Warsaw School of Economics).
