Our goal is not only to achieve business success but also to care for the environment, support local communities, and maintain ethical standards in management.

 

Ailleron’s efforts were recognized in 2023 when we received the prestigious Friendly Workplace award. We are a socially responsible company, and we built our engagement around three core ESG areas (Environmental, Social, and Governance).

Environmental Education:

Regular publication of information on internal channels (e.g., Look&Care), addressing topics related to CSR and environmental issues.

 

Eco-friendly Office Initiatives:

Waste segregation, energy conservation, battery and electronic waste collection.

 

Innovative Transportation Solutions:

Carpooling since 2023 and promoting cycling to work.

 

Tree Planting Programs:

Since 2024, we have been engaged in the “Clean Poland – Tatry Edition” initiative and planting trees in Polish forests.

We build local communities through volunteer programs and support for charitable organizations (e.g., Hakersi project, promoting and participating in collection drives or supporting animal shelters) and by fostering and developing workplace diversity.

 

Our latest initiative, the #WomanPower program, recognizes and supports women advancing in the IT industry. To support our employees and ensure adherence to reporting procedures, we have established a system for reporting and monitoring legal violations—both internally and externally. This procedure was published on our Contact page on September 25, 2024.

#WELL–BEING challenge by Ailleron

 

We promote a balance between work and personal life by offering:

 

  • Flexible work hours and the option for remote/hybrid work.
  • Our flagship well-being program: Since 2020, we have run a campaign that includes physical activity, healthy eating, stress reduction, and relaxation.
  • Monthly webinars and meetings with experts in nutrition, stress management, and relaxation.

Ailleron as a SuperHero – hakersi.pl

 

Ailleron is working with the Sarigato Foundation on the Hakersi project, supporting its mentees to enter the job market. The scholarship includes classes in technology, English and other school subjects. An essential element is inspirational workshops with our #AilleronExperts, which equip young people with practical knowledge and guidance on choosing their dream job and recruitment. We support Hackers so they can enter the job market like their favorite SuperHero.

Bike to work

 

In 2024, we joined a Krakow-based “Bike to Work” initiative aimed at promoting cycling as an everyday mode of transportation for commuting. In our WELL-BEING 2024 video summary, you can see how many miles we cycled, walked, and ran.

 

Clean Tatry

 

At Ailleron, we value the natural environment, and our determination to act under any circumstances is strong. Many of our team members are passionate about nature-friendly outings. In 2024, a group of employees participated in the “Clean Tatry” initiative organized by the Clean Poland Association, joining other volunteers to clean up beloved mountain trails.
