The preliminary share purchase agreement was signed on 6 April 2021. Thanks to the transaction, Software Mind acquired a majority stake in the company. The investment in ValueLogic is another step in implementing the strategy of Software Mind, including both organic development and acquisitions. The long-term goal is to build, together with the largest fund in the CEE region, Enterprise Investors, a leading group on the Polish software house market. Software Mind has ambitions to build a group that will be the leader in selected – sectoral and technological – specialisations, increasing the scale of its activities several-fold.

The Wrocław-based software house has been active on the market for several years and has been providing solutions to dozens of reputable customers in Western Europe, including such brands as Immobilien Scout, Tier and Zalando. ValueLogic helps to build a market edge for its customers by supporting them in digital transformation, developing dedicated software, as well as creating artificial intelligence solutions with the use of the Cloud. A carefully selected range of services combining e-commerce experience with years of expertise in the construction of advanced technology products enables more than 80 members of ValueLogic’s team to carry out innovative projects and develop in a dynamic way.

“We are happy to have an excellent team joining Software Mind. The investment in ValueLogic is another step in implementing our strategy aimed at building a global software group. The expertise and experience of the ValueLogic’s specialists provide us with a unique opportunity to broaden our offer in the area of e-commerce and to step up our presence in the DACH region. Revenues of ValueLogic come entirely from foreign sales, with a particular role played by Germany, where the company’s office is located. This investment also gives us the opportunity to enter the market of IT specialists from the Wrocław agglomeration and thus increase our ability to reach the best talents in Poland,” said Grzegorz Młynarczyk, Chairman of the Management Board of Software Mind.
