During the Plenary Session of the Banking Technology Forum, held at the Polish Bank Association, members elected a new Presidium for the 2026–2028 term. Representatives of companies affiliated with the Forum selected the leadership team that will guide its work and help shape the technological agenda for Poland’s banking sector.
The newly appointed board members are: Sławomir Soszyński, President of the Management Board of Ailleron S.A.; Mariusz Cholewa of the Credit Information Bureau S.A.; Paweł Jakubik, Microsoft Alliance Lead at EY; Aleksandra Kaszuba, AI Governance Leader at IBM; Andrzej Kawiński, Country Manager, Banknote Processing at Giesecke & Devrient; Monika Kania, Chief Revenue Officer at GFT Poland & CEE; Karol Mazurek, Managing Director at Accenture Poland; Dariusz Piotrowski, VP Sales and General Manager Poland at Dell Technologies; Tadeusz Woszczyński, General Manager CEE at Hitachi; and Dorota Zaremba, Partner, Advisory, and Head of the SAP Team at KPMG Poland.
The formation of the new Presidium is a meaningful chapter in the Forum’s history. Ahead lies a period of ambitious challenges and intensive efforts to advance the banking ecosystem as a whole. The FTB brand stands behind a well-recognized Banking Technology Forum Congress – one of the most important technology events coordinated by the Polish Bank Association, the Banking Processes and Information Center, and several dozen partner technology companies. The Forum additionally oversees the work of numerous expert groups covering key fintech-related topics, organizes tech breakfasts, and launches a wide range of development initiatives.


The new FTB Board brings together a strong group of experts ready to tackle the challenges of the rapidly evolving world of banking technologies. Their joint efforts will surely foster increased innovation and reinforce the overall competitiveness of Poland’s financial sector.
For two decades, the Banking Technology Forum has successfully brought the financial sector and the technology community closer together. Over this time, the organization has become a place where IT providers and banks not only exchange knowledge but also jointly develop solutions that address regulatory and technological challenges. The innovations created through this cooperation have gained recognition beyond Poland’s borders, demonstrating that the projects developed within FTB set meaningful directions for the entire industry.
