Before the end of this year, the iLumio Mobile Concierge app, a product of Krakow company Ailleron SA, will serve the guests of the five-star Grand Gaube Hotel in Mauritius. Next year, the app will be available in another 7 hotels of the chain in Mauritius, Maldives, Reunion Island and in Turkey.

The LUX* hotel chain is classified in the Luxury and Upscale segment. The hotels are renowned for their refined style, beautiful design and the best location. They focus on ensuring exceptionally high-quality guest services and providing a rich offer of additional services.

The LUX* chain development strategy demonstrates a desire to strengthen the leading position in the luxury hotel market in the Indian Ocean, as well as global development and opening hotels in new markets (China, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Africa).

The iLumio Mobile Concierge app will offer guests of the five-star Grand Gaube Hotel a new dimension of services, providing a wide range of modern and useful functions available from the guest smartphone level. The app will be available to download on iOS and Android phones.

The iLumio Mobile Concierge app will have 50 functions for supporting travel and hotel stays. Among the most important and most innovative are room reservations, mobile check-in and check-out, using the phone as a room key instead of a traditional key card (mobile key), hotel attractions booking, an attractions calendar, ordering food and beverages to a selected location, such as a lounge chair on a beach, as well as live chat with the hotel.

An original idea of the LUX* chain will be the ability to prepare and personalize a postcard, which the guest will create electronically in the app, and which will then be printed and sent as a traditional postcard to any location in the world.

The app will also be used by the hotel staff and management, who will benefit from the extensive marketing functions that are an excellent tool for the hotel, used to inform guests about promotions and sale of additional hotel services. The app is equipped with a number of functions to monitor and report on the app use by guests.
