Software Mind presented its flagship product – iLumio – during the largest hotel industry fairs the Hotel Show Dubai.
Participation in the fairs is a great opportunity to showcase the new image of iLumio. Over recent months the product’s graphic image as well as functionality have been revamped.
Hotel guests, in addition to using the highest quality TV, VOD or the Internet, may also use television and mobile application to benefit from the following services offered by a hotel: SPA reservations, restaurant reservations, taxi or planning outdoor trips. Furher, the system offers a range of attractions available near a hotel and enables making reservations on other hotels of iLumio network. Guests will surely like the possibility to contact hotel staff via video and the system’s ability to remember his/her preferences, i.e. room temperature, language settings or preferred services which are automatically proposed when staying in other hotels of iLumio network.
The system also supports the organization of work in a hotel. Staff has access to information about a guest, progress in cleaning and execution of orders. iLumio appropriately distributes orders and communication of a guest to a restaurant or spa in order to simplify the services as much as possible and improve a hotel’s effectiveness. Managers can continuously supervise their team’s work, subtly communicate a hotel’s offer and reap the profits from increased sales.
During the Hotel Show iLumo was tested both by invited guests, partners as well as visitors. A multitude of functionality and ease of use, with a strong focus on usability and user experience, found positive reception. Presently, it is the most developed system of guest-oriented hotel service available on the market.
