iLumio becomes Oracle Certified Partner

iLumio, the global provider of advanced technologies for hospitality industry has acquired the highest “Gold” level partnership with Oracle company since February 2017. The effect of this partnership is accomplished integration between iLumio system and PMS Opera. Opera serves hotel guests and enables to manage properties in largest hotel chains like Marriott or AccorHotels, with leading market share.

The integration enables to deliver complete set of advanced functionalities for hotels running Opera including:

– remote check-in – profile updates including guest preferences – direct contact with hotel staff – mobile key delivery and usage – fetching and paying a bill – remote check-out

iLumio can work from now on with traditionally installed on-premise Opera as well as with Opera cloud. The integration is offered to clients within iLumo Mobile Concierge product and iLumio Smart Digital Signage in form of a kiosk providing services analogous to what regular reception offers.
