Ailleron announces significant changes to its Management Board composition. On 8 January 2026, the authorised shareholder – IIF sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kraków, appointed Tomasz Król, previously a Management Board Member and CFO, as President of the Management Board (CEO). Sławomir Soszyński submitted his resignation from the position of President and from serving on Ailleron’s Management Board, citing personal reasons.
Tomasz Król is a graduate of the Kraków University of Economics, where he completed a degree in Corporate Finance, as well as postgraduate studies in management, internal control, and audit at the School of Entrepreneurship and Management of the Kraków University of Economics. He has over 23 years of experience in financial management within complex capital group structures. His areas of expertise include delivering growth projects, risk management, due diligence, M&A processes, organisational change implementation, process optimisation, human capital management, and business strategy development. He has been associated with Ailleron for more than six years.
The management changes also include strengthening the product area. On 9 December 2025, Ailleron’s Supervisory Board appointed Kamil Portka as a Member of the Management Board – Head of Products. Previously, he served as General Manager of the LeaseTech area.
Kamil Portka is an experienced expert with over 10 years of experience in designing and implementing front-office systems, CRM, and self-care solutions in the leasing industry. He has held roles ranging from business analyst to project sponsor. He gained experience at one of Poland’s largest leasing companies, working across risk management, sales support, and product development. At Ailleron, as General Manager, he was responsible for the development of the IT solutions business line for the leasing sector, creating modern products and delivering projects using agile methodologies.
The changes to Ailleron’s Management Board are intended to strengthen management stability and support the company’s continued growth, including effective business scaling and value creation. While we continue to evolve, our focus remains firmly on people and unlocking their full potential.
