According to the announcements, after completing the pilot phase, SGB Mobile banking application is now available for customers of SGB Group! The app can be found and downloaded from Google Play and App Store.

SGB Mobile is a mobile banking application that was created in cooperation with Ailleron SA and became a symbol of technological changes that took place in the SGB last year. The application allows clients to log in using biometrics, manage cards added to digital wallets (Google Pay, Apple Pay, Garmin Pay, or Fitbit Pay), access personal accounts, payment cards, and other services related to these products. Most importantly – it is completely safe and user-friendly. In addition, thanks to the subscription management function, it allows customers to easily supervise payments for using the most popular music and streaming services.

– The SGB Mobile application has the most important functionalities that meet the needs of customers. It allows you to handle accounts, cards, and BLIK, as well as a subscription management function, which no banking application in Poland has so far. – says Mirosław Skiba, President of the Management Board of SGB-Bank SA. – I am glad that we have not slowed down, not even in the last few, unexpectedly difficult months. Now we are sure that we provide a unique product, common to the entire association, meeting market requirements.

SGB Mobile was created on the basis of innovative solutions such as PSD2, which were used on such a scale for the first time in Poland. The launch of the BS API platform enables SGB cooperative banks to access the latest technological solutions at a level that has so far been unavailable for the entire cooperative sector. The modern user interface, created by experienced Ailleron experts, reflects the best UX/UI design practices, has regard to the specificity of operating systems, and facilitates navigation through the application. The joint involvement in the development of the application and conducting the test phase by the employees of over 100 SGB cooperative banks allowed to confirm the quality of individual elements of the application, thanks to which the released product is completely safe and adapted to the customers’ needs.

– Thanks to the great involvement of both parties and efficient cooperation, SGB Mobile was able to quickly reach customers – says Jacek Chylarecki, General Manager Ailleron SA. – However, making the application available in Google Play and App Store does not mean the end of its development. We are working on implementing new, innovative functionalities that will facilitate the use of banking services by SGB Group clients. – adds Artur Józefowski, Director of the Mobile and Internet Banking Office SGB-Bank SA.

SGB Mobile is an application that fits into the framework of modern banking and offers users many useful functions. Soon, it will be enriched with new services, including the Autopay function, allowing for a quick crossing of toll road gates in Poland, or the possibility of remote opening of bank accounts. The application is also being developed in terms of online lending and the safe change of PIN codes.
