Event overview

The Austrian Association of Leasing Companies, of which Ailleron has been a proud member since 2023, will hold its annual Leasing Forum on 17 September 2026 in the beautiful conference setting of Apothekertrakt Schönbrunn in Vienna. This year’s guiding theme is: “Mind Leaps: Success Begins in the Mind – How Mental Strength, Focus, and Resilience Influence Success and Failure.”

 

During the Leasing Forum, discussions will focus on the development of AI and intelligent automation, and their impact on customer experience, operations, and the asset lifecycle. Experts from leading European and global companies will address topics including revenue growth and process optimization in insurance management, digital identity management, new legal requirements for advertising claims in vehicle leasing, and GenAI-powered document verification for risk assessment and fraud prevention.

 

We’ll also mark our presence at the upcoming Leasing Forum 2026 in Vienna. Kamil Portka and Paweł Stach will jointly deliver a presentation “From Process to Experience: How Mobile Is Redefining the Leasing Customer Journey” as part of the “Customer, Operations & Asset Lifecycle” themed track.
