Event overview

The Banking & Insurance Forum 2026 brings together leaders from banking, insurance, regulatory institutions, and technology providers to discuss the future of financial services.

Held twice a year, the Forum serves as a key meeting point for decision-makers who review recent developments, analyze emerging trends, and shape recommendations for the months ahead. It’s also a valuable platform for building partnerships and fostering dialogue between business and public administration.

This year’s discussions will focus on the financial sector’s challenges amid geopolitical, regulatory, and technological change. Experts will debate whether current banking and insurance models are fit for 2026 or require fundamental redefinition.

Participants will also reflect on what customers truly expect from banks and insurers today, how technology can support the development of Banking-as-a-Service models in Poland, and how AI can enhance the efficiency of sales processes and banking/insurance-as-a-service solutions. And these are just some of the topics on this year’s agenda. These topics represent only part of this year’s extensive agenda.

Ailleron representatives will contribute to thematic block 2, “The Bank, the Insurer, and the Customer of the Future,” dedicated to exploring how rising e-commerce and digital ecosystems are reshaping customer relationship strategies.
