Event overview
The ninth edition of the Procurement Department Forum will take place on 25 November at the Regent Hotel in Warsaw. The event will bring together leaders in procurement, technology, and business, as well as anyone interested in discussing how emerging technologies are already shaping daily operations and long-term strategies in professional procurement. It’s the first event in Poland to offer such a comprehensive and practical look at the role of artificial intelligence in procurement – from real-world implementations to strategic, data-driven decision-making.
The speaker lineup includes experienced experts and practitioners who will share insights on applying AI, blockchain, and automation tools across various industries. Participants will gain not only valuable knowledge but also a unique opportunity to connect with decision-makers, visionaries, and innovators shaping the future of procurement.
One of the key sessions to look out for is “AI as the Architect of Procurement Processes – The Role of Humans in the Era of Autonomous Supply Chains,” featuring Wojciech Marchwicki, Head of Growth at Ailleron; Rafał Gilatowski from Profitia Management Consultants; Rafał Jakubowski from Billenium; Agnieszka Kieliszek-Korczyńska from Buy&Lead Wisely, Qemetica; and Urszula Skiepko from DataWorkshop. The panelists will discuss how artificial intelligence is redefining the architecture of procurement processes – from automated sourcing to predictive risk management.
