Case I – Mobile application with Back Office
In six months, we built a mobile application for a Polish bank, currently rated in Google’s and Apple’s app stores as highly as applications for much larger institutions. After successful implementation, the app has been successively developed according to the path planned together with the bank. Using agile methodologies, Ailleron’s project manager works with the bank’s product owner.
During the project, the Ailleron team was responsible for:
- UX/UI design (Design Sprint)
- business analysis
- project management
- development – selected technologies: Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android), Angular, KeyCloak, Java, Oracle
- extensive and multi-level tests
- implementation of ready-to-use components: Authorization Server, eKYC, Campaign, and Notification Manager.
Case II – Comprehensive digital banking platform – Mobile, RWD & Back Office
For an established consumer finance institution, we have been developing digital banking for individual customers for over 7 years. We are responsible for the development and comprehensive maintenance of the platform, from the data bus to the front-end systems for customers (mobile banking and RWD) and employees (back office). Using agile methodologies, Ailleron’s project manager works with the bank’s product owner. During the project, the Ailleron team was responsible for:
- UX/UI design (Design Sprint)
- UX audit of other web systems used by the bank
- business analysis
- project management
- development – selected technologies: Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, react, bootstrap, .Net Framework, MS SQL, Oracle Service Bus
- extensive and multi-level tests
- ready-to-use components: Authorization Server.
Case III – System for corporate loans
We have been developing and maintaining a broad set of solutions for over 10 years for one of Poland’s largest commercial banks. It is designed for employees handling the process of selling loans to SME and corporate customers, post-sales operations, risk management, and monitoring. In 2021, the project was launched to replace legacy solutions with a new tool consisting of integrated microservices. The project has been ongoing in agile methodologies with four development teams, our UX team, and Product and the Project Manager on the bank’s side.
During the project, the Ailleron team was responsible for:
- UX/UI design (Design Sprint) for the brand-new system
- development – selected technologies: Angular, Java, PostgreSQL DB, Mongo DB
- extensive and multi-level tests
