The Management Board of Ailleron S.A. is planning significant changes to its leadership structure. Rafał Styczeń, Ailleron’s long-time CEO and main shareholder, holding 32.95% of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), together with the Supervisory Board, has decided to appoint Sławomir Soszyński as the new President of the Management Board.

Sławomir Soszyński, an experienced CIO/CTO with 20 years of expertise in technology and cybersecurity, will assume the position no later than during the Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) approving the financial report for 2024. Sławomir has gained extensive experience at major international financial institutions such as ING, J.P. Morgan, and Citi. He is known for successfully managing complex digital transformations and building global teams of top-tier experts. Over his career, he has delivered more than 150 projects in mergers and acquisitions, technological development, and the implementation of patent-protected solutions.

At the same time, Rafał Styczeń has announced his intention to resign from the CEO role and transition to the Supervisory Board.

After 22 years at the helm of Ailleron, I have decided that it is time to pass the leadership into new hands. With Ailleron’s Supervisory Board, we carried out a thorough selection process for my successor and are entrusting this responsibility to Sławomir Soszyński – a highly respected banking professional with deep expertise, international experience, and outstanding charisma. I strongly believe that Ailleron will reach new heights under his leadership. After the upcoming Ordinary General Meeting, I will move from the Management Board to the Supervisory Board, where I will continue supporting the development and long-term stability of Ailleron.

Additionally, Mr. Grzegorz Młynarczyk, current Vice President of Ailleron’s Management Board and CEO of Software Mind, has decided to step down from his role at Ailleron to focus on the continued dynamic growth of the Software Mind Group, in which he has been deeply involved for many years.

All planned changes will take effect no later than during the OGM approving the 2024 financial report, which marks the end of the current Management Board’s three-year joint term.
