On April 23, Ailleron hosted the Cracow Learning Expedition by EDHEC Business School with Professor Denis Dauchy, led by Beata Mosór, an entrepreneur sharing knowledge about leadership & strategy in tech. The course aimed to explore three perspectives on technology strategy: for startups, corporations adopting innovations, and software houses.
The event’s agenda featured multiple insightful program sessions, workshops, and case studies, emphasizing Kraków’s significance as the epicenter of technological advancements and a hub for creating pioneering solutions driving digital transformation.
Course participants could learn about diverse tech strategies and deepen their understanding of the strategy development process and its key components. As one of the outcomes, attendees acquired the competence to recommend a suitable innovation roadmap tailored to each company’s unique requirements. They also learned how to assess the quality of a technological strategy, ensuring it was correctly developed and included all necessary elements.
Ailleron has welcomed 26 program participants, representing globally operating companies, who hold diverse roles within the organization, spanning from managers to analysts, strategists/researchers, and specialists.
Guests participated in the guided Ailleron Study Visit, which included an introduction to the company and its business model during an office tour, networking opportunities, and a Q&A session.
Maciej Kasprzak, General Manager Financial Technology Services at Ailleron, shared his industry expertise in a keynote speech about building customer engagement with hyper-personalization.
Krzysztof Zygmunt, Senior Solution Advisor at Ailleron, talked about supporting digital transformation through data, providing insights into a case study on the bank’s customer data platform. In another speech, “The True Potential of Conversational AI: A Review of Best Practices Based on Banking Case Studies”, Jakub Porzycki, Machine Learning Team Leader, delved into the latest tech trend that has been a focal point of debates in the financial sector and many others.
At the end of an Ailleron Study Visit, Patrycja Leszek-Królikowska, UX Lab Director, led the presentation, “Beyond Functionality: Creating Exceptional CX with UX/UI Design in Financial Services” during which she unveiled the behind-the-scenes work of our team and showcased how we deliver a unique user experience within our clients’ solutions.
