Ailleron Is Now ISO 27001 Certified!
October 30, 2026

We often say that security isn't just about choosing the right technology, but about consistently managing risks, following clear rules, and making security part of our people's everyday work and our company culture. And now we have tangible proof of that commitment – we've earned ISO 27001certification!
This achievement comes from our ongoing efforts to implement and improve processes that help us protect information and respond more effectively to potential threats. An independent certification audit has confirmed that our Information Security Management System (ISMS) meets the requirements of this international standard.
The certification covers the following areas of Ailleron's operations:
- Design of IT solutions.
- Development and implementation of IT solutions.
- Delivery, maintenance, and support of IT solutions.
- Provision of digital services.
- Provision of data processing services.
- Maintenance and operation of IT infrastructure.
- Consulting on selecting, implementing, and operating IT solutions.

Achieving ISO 27001 certification is an important milestone for us. It confirms that, in an increasingly digital world, information security, cybersecurity, privacy protection, and regulatory compliance remain among our top priorities, alongside protecting our reputation and maintaining our clients' trust.

Rafał Kołecki
Chief Information Security Officer at Ailleron
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 is an international standard that sets out the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an Information Security Management System. Earning this certification means that an independent audit has verified that our system meets these requirements.
But the certification process goes far beyond using tools to protect against cyberattacks or securing data access. Just as important is how an organization identifies risks, assesses their potential impact on its operations, puts the right safeguards in place, and monitors how well they work. A structured approach helps us bring all these activities together under clear rules, rather than waiting until a data leak or another security breach occurs before taking action.
It matters enormously to our clients. Companies in the financial and technology sectors handle information every day, and losing it, exposing it, or having it altered without authorization can have serious consequences. At the same time, cyber threats are becoming increasingly complex, while requirements for data protection and information security continue to grow.
In this environment, managing cybersecurity without clear rules and structured processes becomes extremely difficult. Following the ISO 27001 standard helps organizations spot potential threats, identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and take steps to reduce both the likelihood of security incidents and their possible impact.
For Ailleron's clients and partners, the certification provides additional, independent assurance that information protection is managed through a structured system and that our processes have been assessed against international requirements.

I'm proud to confirm that we've achieved ISO 27001 certification! It's an important achievement for us and proof of our consistent commitment to protecting company data and assets, managing risks responsibly, and complying with applicable data protection laws, particularly those governing personal data, such as the GDPR. None of this would have been possible without the dedication of all our teams at Ailleron, who make security a part of their everyday work. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to this success! It's an achievement we can all be proud of!

Head of IT at Ailleron
This approach to security requires different teams to work together and consider risks at every stage of the software lifecycle. It can't be left entirely to the IT department or treated as a final task before a system goes live.

At Ailleron, we believe security should never be an extra feature added at the end of a project, long after most technology decisions have already been made. It's something we need to think about from the very beginning of our relationship with a client, even before the first product or service prototypes take shape. This applies to everything from designing the solution's architecture, choosing technologies, and managing access to information, through to the later stages of development, implementation, maintenance, and infrastructure operations.

CEO of Ailleron
Completing the certification process gives us every reason to be proud and even more motivation to keep moving forward. But we know that security doesn't stop once you've earned a certificate. There's always more to improve, and new challenges to prepare for. Especially when our clients entrust us with what matters most to them – their data, their business processes, and their trust.
