15th Loan Sector Congress in Sopot

Since 2012, the Loan Sector Congress, organized by the Polish Financial Institutions Association, has been the largest recurring event dedicated to the non-bank lending market. It has become a key meeting point for open, forward-looking discussions on where the sector is heading: from market developments and business practices, through Polish and European regulations, to innovation and process transformation.

More than just a conference, the Congress is a space where the financial and technology communities connect, share real-world experience, and help shape the industry’s ethical and business standards. It brings together senior leaders from lending institutions, financial intermediaries, advisory firms, fintechs, as well as providers of solutions and services supporting the non-bank lending ecosystem.

At the 15th edition of the event, which will take place on 23–24 April 2026 in Sopot, Paula Dmochewicz, Senior Business Development Manager at Ailleron, will take the stage for the panel discussion “The Customer – Trends, Expectations, Behaviours”. She will be joined by Karol Bugała, Head of Growth at Allegro Pay, Dawid Potocki, CEO of Grupa VISSET, and Krzysztof Przybysz, Chief Innovation Officer at Youmoney. The discussion will be moderated by Rafał Tomkowicz, President of the Management Board of Sfera Finansów SA, and Director of Development at the Polish Financial Institutions Association.
