Once again, industry leaders and experts will come together at the two-day e-Leasing Day conference organised by the Polish Leasing Association. The event aims to inspire participants through knowledge and insight exchanges and presentations on the latest trends driving competitiveness across the leasing sector. As in previous years, e-Leasing Day provides a unique platform to discuss the future of leasing and showcase innovative technology solutions that support the development of the entire industry. On the first day, Kamil Portka, Member of the Management Board, Head of Products at Ailleron, and Piotr Maj, Member of the Management Board at Millennium Leasing, will deliver a themed session titled “Lease meets Tech – Proof of Concept for a customer onboarding tool. Why it’s worth trying.”
On April 17, during the second themed day focused on tools and real-life implementations, Tomasz Król, CEO of Ailleron, will join the closing panel debate alongside Marcin Balicki, CEO of Millennium Leasing, Anna Wiśniewska, CEO of VeloLeasing S.A., and Katarzyna Szerling, Vice President of the Management Board of mLeasing Sp. z o.o. The discussion, titled “Discussion Panel: Clash of Perspectives – 2030–2040 Horizon vs. 2027 Reality?”, will bring together industry leaders to explore a set of key questions shaping the future of the sector.
Participants will reflect on whether long-term planning in a world of constant change is still a sign of visionary leadership or already a form of risky speculation. They will also debate whether industry leaders should act as futurists or rather as pragmatists focused on the next budget cycle, and whether it is still worth looking beyond the 2030 horizon when technology reshapes the rules of the game every quarter.
The panel will further address the risk of focusing solely on the next two years and potentially missing the moment when the market irreversibly moves ahead, as well as how to balance the “here and now” with building foundations for a world that is still unknown.
