Digital Vendor Day 2026

On 16 September 2025, Warsaw will host the third edition of Digital Vendor Day – an event dedicated to modern technologies supporting the digital transformation of the leasing industry. We’re glad to partner with the event as an associate member of the Polish Leasing Association.
 
The program includes dedicated time for pitch decks – presentations by technology solution providers – as well as speed business meetings, networking opportunities, and an evening social gathering for participants.
 
Digital Vendor Day is a valuable opportunity to showcase technology solutions that address leasing companies' current needs and to arrange direct on-site meetings with professionals responsible for product development, processes, innovation, and IT. An additional advantage is that the event will be linked with a meeting of the ZPL Digitalization Group, planned for the next day, 17 September.
 
Paweł Stach and Waldemar Stelmach will deliver a session, “Bringing the Customer into the Process: Mobile Communication in Leasing Sales and Customer Service,” as part of the first thematic block, “The Digital Customer and the Modern Leasing Process: From Customer Acquisition to Contract Signing and Servicing.”
 
Our experts will discuss how to establish a presence on the customer’s phone before the contract is signed and keep it there throughout the lease term. The session will show how a mobile app can engage customers in completing simple tasks in the leasing process while supporting advisors in their day-to-day work, streamlining onboarding, and becoming the default 24/7 communication channel for ongoing customer service.
