Ailleron Innovation Forum 2026

Following three enthusiastically received editions, the Ailleron Innovation Forum returned to Cracow’s Manggha Museum of Japanese Art and Technology on September 4, bringing the financial industry together once again for an exciting day full of new ideas, innovation, and networking.

 Once again, we brought together leaders from leasing, banking, and lending to compare perspectives, share real-world experience, and discuss the technologies changing how customers use financial services every day.

 Speakers from some of Poland’s leading banks and leasing companies shared how their organizations were using artificial intelligence, voice assistants, and chatbots to make everyday customer communication faster, simpler, and more effective. Together with participants, we also explored what the future of customer service might look like: Where would tomorrow’s leasing customers turn for support? Which tools would they use to manage their contracts? And how far could self-service evolve across the leasing and lending sectors?

 This year’s agenda featured an outstanding group of experts representing leading organizations across banking, finance, technology, and related sectors, including Ab Initio Software, Ailleron, AvaFin, ElevenLabs, Erste Bank Polska, EFL (European Leasing Fund) from the Crédit Agricole Group, Google, ING Bank Polska, Nest Lease, Pekao Leasing, SGB-Bank S.A., Smartney from the Oney Bank Group, Tipico, UniCredit Poland, VeloBank, Vodafone Intelligent Solutions, and Żabka Polska.

 It was an unforgettable gathering of practitioners who went beyond theory, shared real-world implementations, discussed current challenges, and talked about proven solutions already delivering value across financial institutions.
