Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist

At Ailleron, we create modern IT solutions for the financial sector, delivering projects for banks and financial institutions. Behind our technology are people — which is why we want our recruitment processes to run smoothly and the first weeks at Ailleron to be a positive experience for every new team member.

We are looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist who will be responsible for managing recruitment processes and coordinating the onboarding of new employees. We are looking for someone who is self-reliant, well-organized, and communicative, enjoys working with people, pays attention to detail, and can efficiently coordinate multiple tasks at the same time.

    Your responsibilities

    • Managing recruitment processes for IT and other business roles — from gathering recruitment requirements and screening applications to communicating with candidates, coordinating interviews, and providing feedback.
    • Working closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and align recruitment activities with team needs.
    • Actively sourcing candidates and using a variety of recruitment channels and tools.
    • Ensuring smooth communication with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process and providing a positive candidate experience.
    • Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees — from offer acceptance through their first weeks at Ailleron.
    • Collaborating with managers and internal teams to ensure new employees are properly prepared to start work, including coordinating formalities and arranging the necessary system access.
    • Monitoring the onboarding process, collecting feedback from new employees, and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Keeping documentation and data in recruitment and onboarding systems up to date.
    • Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes.

    What are we looking for?

    • Experience managing recruitment processes in the IT industry.
    • Experience coordinating onboarding processes.
    • Ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively with candidates, managers, and colleagues.
    • Excellent organizational skills, independence, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility for assigned tasks.
    • A proactive mindset — looking for solutions, suggesting improvements, and taking initiative.
    • An open and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
    • English language skills sufficient for communication in a professional environment.
