    What did we talk about?

A career path rarely follows a single, predetermined course, and Paula's story is a great example of that. She began her professional journey in sales and customer-facing roles before finding her place in the world of technology and business development. In our conversation, she shares the experiences that have influenced her approach to work and the lessons she has learned throughout her career.

We also explore the skills that matter most in building strong business relationships today – from clear communication and active listening to understanding clients' needs and translating them into effective technology solutions. Paula explains what the role of a Senior Business Development Manager entails and why success in this position requires not only business expertise but also collaboration, empathy, and the ability to see challenges from multiple viewpoints.

Finally, we discuss the importance of teamwork, open communication, and maintaining a healthy balance between professional and personal life. Paula shares her perspective on continuous growth, overcoming perfectionism, and finding time to recharge, showing that long-term success is built not only on ambitious goals but also on caring for your energy and well-being.
