At the end of October 2017, Ailleron SA signed a contract with the shareholders of hoteliga B.V. established in Amsterdam, regarding the investment in the Property Management System solution along with the Booking Engine and Channel Manager modules for the hospitality industry.

The cloud-based hoteliga.com solution is sold in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and used in over 20 countries all over the world. The investment encompasses the rights to Hoteliga PMS, the hoteliga.com domain, as well as all activities of Hoteliga B.V., along with sales contracts and key staff of Hoteliga B.V.

The investment gives Ailleron SA full product coverage of all technological needs currently reported by most hotels around the world. As a result of the merger, the Company will own the Hoteliga PMS system – an innovative and intuitive cloud-based hotel management system, which enables hotels to manage booking, payments, invoicing, reporting, messaging, as well as managing administration and maintenance services at their hotels. The Booking Engine and Channel Manager modules are solutions developed with the aim of optimizing booking lead generation, as well as management of sales channels.

“We are really enthusiastic about the project of including the hoteliga.com platform to the portfolio of Ailleron’s services. We consider it to be a very significant step towards creating a comprehensive and innovative solution for hotels. This way, we will be able to respond better to the needs of the developing and demanding hospitality industry”, said Justyna Michalczyk, General Manager of iLumio.

The planned integration of the hoteliga.com system with iLumio – the leading digital guest service platform for the hospitality industry – will allow Ailleron to create a product that covers the majority of IT needs of a modern hotel, offered at affordable prices and in a subscription model. The platform will be dedicated to small and medium-sized hotels, as well as apartments.

This synergy will result in a development of a complete, technologically advanced and unique platform for the hospitality industry, enabling users to manage their hotels and customer relationships using a single system. In addition to the standard functionalities, the PMS will also offer mobile check-ins and check-outs for guests, opening doors using a mobile phone, as well as direct booking of another stay and purchasing additional services provided by the hotel.

“I’m glad that hoteliga is becoming a part of a larger technological group focusing on the hospitality sector. Together, we will better address the challenges of hoteliers and property managers by creating the most comprehensive and unique offering. We will focus on the dynamic development of our platform to provide better user experience and to make the everyday use even more efficient”, said Dimitris van Leusden, hoteliga CEO.
